How long have you been riding?
MTB – Pushing 4 years. Bikes in general – 10+
How often do you ride?
Once/twice a week usually.
What bike are you currently riding and talk us through your set up?
I ride a Kona Entourage Deluxe 2012. It's got Lyrik RC2DH 170mm, DHX RC2, Avid Code, Easton Cockpit, Mavic EX729 on Formula, Muddy Mary’s, DMR Vaults.
Not had it too long and it's mostly stock for now. It's short and playful, pretty soft, wide bars, big pedals... the usual!
What's your favourite part on your bike?
Currently I’d say my Vaults.
What other bikes do you own?
Dolan Ares SL Carbon Roadie. Like a bit of fitness every now and then.
What types of riding do you normally do?
Techy Welsh and Scottish DH, flowy jumpy trail centre stuff, loamy local tracks, anything with a gradient down really.
What was the last new bit of gear on your bike?
DMR Vaults and Muddy Mary’s went straight on as soon as the bike came.
What are your local trails?
We make the most of Delamere which is only 15 mins away, Daresbury Firs is 5 mins away. Beyond that it’s Macclesfield, Foel and Llandegla.
